I choose this company due to the outstanding online reviews ; they just completed a full redo of our 2nd floor and their wok quality is absolutely impecable. Save yourself time by looking at alternative options and go with Sens. I'd give them 6 stars if it were possible.

Taras is terrific to work with! We had badly worn oak floors that we had procrastinated on doing for years because of the hassle, dust, and not finding a flooring contractor we felt comfortable with that would do some repairs to the floor...until we found Taras of Sens Flooring. He gave us a detailed estimate, assured us there would be minimal dust, and was more than willing to alter his schedule to accommodate the interior painting. We were away while he did the work, and he sent us photos of the job as it progressed to keep us informed. When we returned home the floors were gorgeous and looked better than new--all at a very fair price. If you've got a hardwood floor that you are thinking is beyond repair and needs to be replaced call Sens, you'll be glad you did. Next up two more rooms that they will be doing for us. Taras turned a problematic issue with my finished basement flooring into a clean, seamless, and attractive floor. He was communicative from beginning to end, making the process easy to navigate. I highly recommend his services; he is a pleasure to work with, and best of all, the results turned out even better than I expected.

We needed to refinish the kitchen floor of our condo unit. A SENS professional responded promptly to our call for an estimate. We chose to pay a bit more to have a floor to ceiling plastic sheet erected to screen off the kitchen from the rest of the first floor. From start to finish, the job was done with a high degree of care and professionalism, on five successive mornings: Day 1 to scrape the floor and apply the first coat of finish, Days 2-4 to apply coats 2 to 4, and Day 5 to re-attach a base plate on the front of the dishwasher that had been removed to enable refinishing the area under the front of the dishwasher. SENS did everything necessary to ensure that the job was done properly.

Taras and his team did an amazing job replacing the carpets in four bedrooms with hardwood. They paid a lot of attention to the details in every step of the process, and we also love how he was able to get rid of all the squeaks by putting more screws in the subfloors before laying the hardwood. Taras was really patient with us as we changed our minds multiple times on what we wanted to do, and he went above and beyond by making extra trips to help us make the logistics work.

Taras, is a well informed professional from start to finish. Who’s also reasonably priced. He was precise with his calculations, and took a lot pride in his work… and it shows. My flooring plan is an open concept I chose Wickham hardwood ( Lyon) it came out beautifully. I highly recommend and would call him again. As a matter of fact, my painter came back yesterday to finish my baseboards, crown molding and was impressed by his work as well, ( he’s in a lot of homes and businesses) asked for his card!
